Aricka is a fourth generation native of Rogers, Arkansas and is proud to be a part of a family who has played such influential roles in the development of Rogers including her paternal grandfather, Earl Harris, who is believed to be one of the persons most responsible for developing our great city of Rogers. Aricka graduated from Rogers High School and attended the University of Arkansas where she earned a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in teaching and went on to teach 4th grade in the Rogers School District for many years. Aricka grew up in a real estate family and soon found that not only did she have a passion for children but also for real estate. She seized the amazing opportunity to work alongside her mother and real estate legend, Meza Harris. Aricka’s career in real estate has allowed her to help facilitate over $250,000,000 in residential sales. Aricka and Meza are both very people oriented and are known for their very hands on approach with their clients. They become completely invested in every step of each client’s real estate journey. They both feel the best part of their job is the development of lifelong relationships with their clients. They share a deep love for Northwest Arkansas and have expert knowledge of the market, the area and its ever-changing landscape. Aricka resides in Rogers with her husband, Zach, and their two sons Jackson (University of Arkansas) and Sam (16).
