Guillermo Mairena brings
both prior real estate experience and deep community involvement to his role as
a REALTOR® in Northwest Arkansas. He began his real estate career in 2005 with
ERA Semidey & Associates in Tysons Corner, Virginia, serving families
throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the greater Washington, D.C.
metropolitan area. During that time, he assisted dozens of Hispanic first-time
homebuyers, collaborated with Skyland Mortgage’s loan officers on CMAs and
buyer education, and participated in a Spanish-language real estate education
program on local radio, helping callers understand the homebuying process.
His
transaction history included properties across multiple counties in Virginia
and Maryland, always focused on serving Hispanic families and guiding them
through financing, contracts, and negotiating their first home purchase.
After
relocating to Arkansas, Guillermo spent several years serving families in
Rogers, Springdale, and Siloam Springs through community leadership and
support. These experiences allowed him to develop strong relationships,
understand the needs of first- and second-generation Hispanic families, and
become a trusted resource for guidance on homeownership readiness, financial
preparation, and navigating real estate in Northwest Arkansas.
Guillermo
communicates clearly with Spanish-speaking and bilingual clients, offering
patient explanations of contracts, timelines, and financing concepts to make
the process accessible and stress-free. His philosophy is simple: “People
first, homes second.” He is committed to combining honest guidance with
Coldwell Banker’s professional training to provide excellent service to every
client.
He
lives in Rogers with his wife, who has many years of experience in the local
banking industry and strong community connections. Together, they enjoy
supporting organizations, building relationships, and serving families
throughout Northwest Arkansas.

food, community gatherings, and the opportunity to build relationships with
families from different backgrounds. He and his wife make their home in Rogers,
