I grew up in Northeast Arkansas in a small town on the Mississippi River just a short distance from Memphis, TN. My parents are University of Arkansas alumni so I was attending ballgames and calling the Hogs well before I could speak full sentences. Needless to say, I am a life-long Razorbacks fan. After graduating high school, I moved to Fayetteville to attend college at the U of A. This deepened my love and appreciation for the unique treasure that is Northwest Arkansas. Over the years I have lived in other other parts of Arkansas and have lived a good part of my life in Tennessee (Memphis and Nashville). I always find myself coming back to NWA, a special place that truly has my heart.

Real estate has always been more than a career for me — it’s a lifelong passion. My mother was a Realtor when I was a little girl and I remember being mesmerized at how much she loved selling real estate. My father also earned his real estate license early on in his career and even built the home I grew up in. My entire life I have been exposed to real estate in one way or the other. I love every aspect of the real estate process, from lending, to construction, buying, selling and even interior design.

I earned my first real estate license in Tennessee in 1997, but before going to work as a Realtor, I worked for one year as a Mortgage Loan Originator, gaining valuable insight into the financial side of real estate and the importance of clear communication and trust. That experience served me well as a Realtor and deepend my passion and appreciation for helping people find the perfect place to call home. Eventually, after years of success in both existing home sales and new construction, I stepped away to raise my children — a decision that deepened my appreciation for what “home” truly means.

Today, I am a proud resident of Northwest Arkansas and am back doing what I love. I am honored to serve my clients with renewed energy and perspective as part of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, the #1 real estate brokerage in NWA.
