Matt pulled off the impossible! When we originally got in contact with him, I didn’t have much hope. NWA is a very competitive market for homebuyers, and my budget was not very competitive. Matt not only found us a house in our budget, he also worked tirelessly to make sure everything was structurally sound with the home and that we were not getting into something over our heads. I can guarantee we are not one of Matt’s biggest clients, but he always treated us like we were. 2 months ago I did not think we would be homeowners, yet here we are. Matt truly is a LEGEND.

We used your agency through Mr. Cooper. Matt Simpson met with me and my wife. He was a nice person and a competent realtor. My wife and I were frustrated that we could not sign an agreement with your agency until seven days from the start of the sale. We did not want to sign after moving to Kansas. Matt explained this was company policy. We got an offer immediately and negotiated a lower price than we had initially agreed with Matt. The buyer then had a home inspection, and we were asked to pay for one thing identified on the inspection list. We had already agreed to the price but now had to lower it again. We have bought and sold six houses throughout our life. We never had to pay for items on the property inspection. Matt explained that everyone pays. My wife and I did not like receiving documents to sign without any notice or explanation. The signing site didn't give us an option to review. It was review and approve or disapprove. Your company should allow an option to read without signing or not signing. So people could have time to think over the documents. We were able to sell the house, but the frustration we went though to sell it wasn't necessary.
