In real estate there is no replacement for experience and connections and Misty has a great deal of both. We were selling a house in a weird market, and originally put it on the market in the fall. We worked with Misty to identify key improvements to the house to improve the listing and she helped us find reputable tradesmen. Her tenacity, patience and experience were fantastic. As out of town sellers, she went above and beyond too many times to count. When we re-listed after completing upgrades she worked with us to implement a great marketing and staging plan. When we got multiple offers her experience and willingness to call the other agents and get a much information as she could for us were invaluable. Misty is the BEST realtor!! Hands down! She is very knowledgeable, and you can tell she invests in her work with how prepared and organized she is.
