We bought a small lot in Bella Vista with the help of Arkansas Realtor, Tammy Waddell. She is a pleasure to work with, and was such a huge help in making sure we cover all our bases. She went above and beyond by informing us of what's new in the city, and sent us helpful links to important city/POA contacts. She was very thorough and responsive. I recommend her to anyone buying or selling in NWA. We are very happy with our purchase!

Working with Tammy was awesome. As a military family we have done our share of moving and had both good and bad buyer agent, seller agent, dual agent, and everything in between. As we consider this our final move into a forever home, she made this last process the easiest and most pleasant!
We were purchasing ‘sight unseen’ through her via videos, email, and text. Tammy took great care of us, and we had full trust in her relaying all issues or concerns with the property that we couldn’t see in person. During the process she put us in contact with all the right local professionals to complete everything from a very detailed home inspection to skilled contractors that are currently completing some renovations.
She was always available and responsive to the many questions we had… and we had many. She was polite and treated each of our concerns as her own.
She continued to look out for us through the entire process. We eventually traveled for closing to receive the keys and take ownership. For the first few months we were traveling back and forth she stayed in contact with us, letting us know of any weather concerns (freezing temperatures) and offered to check on the property until we completed our move.
If you are looking for an experienced real estate professional that knows the area, knows the people, and has a genuine passion for what she does, you have found that with Tammy. I’m glad to know that our new home and town has people like her and her family as our new neighbors.

Tammy Waddell was the listing agent on a 4-Plex in Rogers, AR I found December 2022. I called the phone # on the listing and she called me back in under 2 minutes. She was very knowledgeable on the building and its history. When I connected with Tammy I was in a position where I needed to purchase an investment property but I didn't have the time to physically visit a location so she facetimed me a complete walk through. She provided me with the building's profit/loss statements and renovation history. She inspected that all requested repairs were done accordingly. All of this made me feel comfortable enough to trust Tammy, the deal and buy it SIGHT UNSEEN! The only day I had to interrupt my busy schedule was closing day! 10/10 recommend Tammy Waddell be your realtor!

Tammy Waddell is the finest, hardest-working, most competent, and most dedicated realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I've used realtors ten times in my life to buy or sell a home. All of them were competent, diligent, and honest. But none came close to the level of service and dedication that Tammy provided. She always put my needs and the selling of my house first, often to her personal inconvenience. She repeatedly went out of her way to ensure that my home was in prime condition for marketing and marketed the unusual property with skill and insight. She held several open houses and made numerous visits to the house to clear up issues that might have negatively affected potential buyers. Her unwavering support and hard work resulted in my having a full-price offer and full-price back offer within the time frame that I hoped for. She communicated as frequently and in as much detail as I wanted. She is the model of what a Realtor should be. She is probably too productive to divert to training, but I would place her in charge of training and orienting all agents new to CB (and compensate her accordingly), whether or not they are experienced. If they model their service on hers, it will be money in CB's bank. Tammy is a rare person and a commensurate professional.
