EVENT INFORMATION

EVENT

Tennis Combo Mixed: 5.0-9.0 and adding 6.5 level.  Must be no more than 1.0 level between players. Limit: One Event: Players must be 18 years or older. Please decide between playing tennis or pickle ball, cannot play both.

Pickle Ball Levels: 2.0-2.5 Beginners, 3.0-3.5 Intermediate, and 4.0+ Advanced.

ENTRY FEE

Tennis: $80 per team
Pickleball: $40 per team

Checks payable to: Pinnacle Country Club.

Credit cards may be used to pay the day of the event.

ENTRY DEADLINE

Deadline to sign up: May 21st

Allow 4 days by mail (only the first 56 teams are accepted)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Play will begin on Friday at 5pm and run through Saturday.

Pickle Ball may start on Friday depending on number of teams.

STARTING TIMES

Please call after 1pm Thursday, May 22nd, for first round times: (479) 418-7444. 

Due to 'no-elemination format', absolutely no special time requests.

PLAYER PARTY

The player party will take place Friday night from 7:00pm - 10:00pm on the deck. There will be Food and Refreshments.

FORMAT

We will play a round in each division. Winners will be determined by most games won. Modified scoring. 

If a sub is used for any round, you will not qualify to win the RR.

CHARITY SUPPORT

"Do-Over's" for $25 per person, Only two "Do-Over's" per match will be allowed. All "Do-Over" funds go directly to the Children & Family Advocacy Center, paid at check-in.

50/50 RAFFLE

Buy a ticket and enter a raffle. If you win, you split the pot 50/50 with the Children & Family Advocacy Center. Volunteers will be onsite to talk about their work and opportunities to get involved in this great cause.
